Mornings (8–11am) are for dialing and setting appointments, followed by team training from 11am–12pm EST. Afternoons and evenings are for running appointments and closing.
No cold prospecting required. We work with vetted, exclusive lead vendors and a proven system — real people reach out ready to talk, and your job is to follow the playbook and close. Most agents spend their first year figuring out where leads come from; you skip that entirely.
Yes. Agents should be prepared to invest a minimum of $500 per week into leads.
